The limit imposed by the Land Government on the amount that an owner may prescribe to insure the property is different for each category of contract (§ 42-51): the States are likely to be different on some important rental and leasing issues. At the end of the rental period, the deposit must be delivered to the tenant within thirty (30) days to a redirect address indicated. In cases where the property is damaged, unpaid rent / incidental costs or breach of contract, sixty (60) days are granted to the owner for the return of the deposit and an individual account (§ 42-52). This section of the rental agreement describes the obligations of the landlord and tenant, situations of domestic violence, retaliation, or disclosure of lead. . . .
