A second expansion pack, Civilization V: Brave New World, was announced on March 15, 2013. It includes features such as international trade routes, a world congress, tourism, great works, as well as nine new civilizations, eight additional wonders and three ideologies. It was released on July 9, 2013 in North America and three days later in the rest of the world. An application for annulment of a class D (ii) foceal fee, see Annex D: Cadastres – can only be examined if it is necessary to prove, in the absence of an injunction from the Court or the Landeskammer of the Upper Tribunal (formerly the Lands Tribunal): a court decision provided for in section 1(6) of the Land Charges Act 1972, which orders only the registration of an application or application for bankruptcy and/or a bankruptcy order (in accordance with section 5 of the Land Charges Act 1972) is sufficient to allow the cancellation of the registration (or entries) of corresponding basic fees, provided that an application to that effect in the form K11 (with fee) is filed with the Land Charges Department. Details must appear on the form of any continuing registration of professional rights under the Matrimonial Homes Act 1967 or 1983 or the right of residence under the Family Law Act 1996, which relate to a dwelling house and are protected by a Class F registration under the Land Charges Act 1925 or 1972 or by a notice or warning of right to live in accordance with the Land Registration Acts 1925 or 2002. This is due to the fact that a right of residence tax can only be registered simultaneously for a dwelling house and the Registrar is required to cancel any previous registration. Where appropriate, details of a court decision should also be provided. It is up to the debtor/debtor to ask the land office to abolish bankruptcy filings; the court or adjudicator will not request it. A debtor who is the sole owner of a registered country or who has a tax (mortgage) on registered land must also apply to the HM Land Registry for all bankruptcy announcements or related bankruptcy restrictions to be removed from the register of securities (see bankruptcy entries in the hm Land Registry and removal thereof). . . .
