[4] I believe that the current social and political situation in arab countries means that there is no better time than the current situation to develop a fair and effective free trade agreement that eliminates trade barriers between Arab states. Most Arab countries now agree that they should focus on building economies that benefit citizens, not on political motivation. For the first time, The States of the Middle East have digested their political and cultural differences and understood that the best way to stabilize the political situation in the region is to create an economic environment that benefits all.
